I’m Jayson Wiley, an entrepreneur who understands how conversations, systems, and execution shape growth. My journey started in Caruthersville, Missouri — a small town kid with big entrepreneurial dreams. Dreams starting turning into reality when I moved to Los Angeles a few months ago and saw firsthand how much opportunity is out there when you’re surrounded by innovation, ambition, and scale.

Creating has always been my way of thinking through the world, whether through content, systems, or strategy. But over time, one realization became clear: growth doesn’t come from more effort, it comes from better infrastructure.

That insight led to Agent X. A brand built not around hype, but around systems that work when people can’t. I didn’t just study marketing, I studied how businesses actually operate. With a Bachelor’s in Marketing and minors in Marketing Analytics & Entrepreneurship from the University of Missouri, I learned how missed calls, broken follow-ups, and disconnected tools quietly stall otherwise great businesses.
